Bayer United is a civil engineering group based in downtown Tampa. In 2023, the team came to Glowing Moon Media for two brand videos designed to showcase company culture and attract top talent in a competitive hiring market.
The first video was a culture sizzle reel capturing the personality of the team, hardworking but not all work. We filmed the team in their downtown element: ping-pong during breaks, electric scooter rides through the city, coffee runs to the park, and darts in the office coworking space, balanced with footage of the team locked in, planning, designing, and collaborating together. The goal was to show a team that was growing, with a tight in-person core and a broader remote presence, without losing the camaraderie that defined their culture. The second video focused on the office itself: clean, elegant, and functional, set in the heart of Tampa's growing downtown corridor.
As an Enterprise Tier client, Bayer United chose our highest production offering, a Brand and Testimonial Video package, even without traditional testimonials, because they wanted assets ambitious enough to make an impression on the candidates they were trying to attract. Since these initial productions, Bayer United has returned for follow-up content highlighting new team members and creating videos that speak to long-term employee satisfaction and retention.
