FreshForce by Feeding Tampa Bay

The FreshForce program at Feeding Tampa Bay is a 10-week jobs-training course with tracks for CDL truck driving, culinary skills, and warehouse logistics. In order to relay the details and benefits of the program, Feeding Tampa Bay required an interview-style video with its program managers, and the Glowing Moon team worked closely with them to deliver.

We met with each of the managers to better understand the inner workings of the program and the experience that trainees had from orientation to graduation. Then we scheduled lightly scripted interview and B-roll recordings to ensure we illustrated the essential points of each track with impactful sound bites and video clips. The end result was an in-depth and engaging explainer of the FreshForce program, the benefit it had on the community, and its future potential as it continues to grow and evolve.

What was the strategic value of this content?

1) Information on the program existed in multiple places on multiple resources, and often included high level language in these spaces. The team wanted a single asset where all the information could be presented in one place and in a conversational setting.

2) The FreshForce team is designed to break down barriers to training and employment. They wanted a communication asset that was accessible to people across the spectrum and easily digestible to align with their mission of access to all. 

3) Feeding Tampa Bay wanted a storytelling piece that was elevated. Their organizational strategy was highly aspirational, and they wanted their content to reflect that. The aspirational sentiment translates both to to the program's mission of lifting people up into employment opportunities, and also the production value that went into the video.
