Alignapalooza 2023

AlignHCM is a human capital management company, providing software that helps businesses manage HR, payroll, and workforce operations. In 2023, during a period of rapid hiring growth, AlignHCM brought Glowing Moon Media to Orlando for three days of event coverage at their corporate retreat.

With a largely remote team, the retreat was built around bringing people together in person, and the video needed to reflect that. Over three days, we captured the team exploring Orlando's theme parks, attending events, and sharing dinner in the heart of Downtown Disney. The goal was to highlight the festive, celebratory nature of the trip while showing the genuine connection between leadership and staff, the kind of culture that's harder to convey when most of a team works remotely. The final video served primarily as a recruiting tool, giving AlignHCM a piece of content that showcased company culture during a critical hiring period.
